After a year of full commitment to art and to painting in particularly, I had my first solo show on May 24th 2019. The exhibition took place at the Jaffa Port in Tel Aviv, in a great hangar and beautiful sea sight location. It was a joint project with my husband, Avi Levy, a landscape architect by profession and a talented photographer. I didn't have a curator, it was our team work with the help of few good friends and family, what made it so special.
The exhibition featured 40 paintings that summarize a creative year of studying the new technique and others. The paintings relate to wide audiences, at various stages of self-empowerment.
During the wonderful 9 days of exhibition, the amount of people who absorbed my art was incredible. From people who consume art and culture on a regular basis to occasional ones who passed by and were intrigued.
I'm grateful for the powerful experience of my art energy vibrated out there. I shared my ideas and art conception with countless people. As a woman at her forties who gave up her dream long before actually becoming a grown-up, I wish to inspire others with my special “from darkness to light” technique, especially youngsters.
